I'll be honest, I'm still trying to wrap my head around the concept of 'Epic Summer' by Downward Tommy J. I mean, what even is that? "Epic" seemed like an odd choice of adjective, considering it's usually associated with, I don't know, actually achieving something.

My Struggle to Connect

On the bright side, the rain did make the park a lot less crowded, so we ended up having a pretty great time anyway. Sometimes you just have to roll with it and make the most of a bad situation.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that even with all the epic summer fails, there's still a lot of value in learning from our mistakes.
